I entered an incorrect number for my credit card, I called in my order witht he correct number and it was not accepted then either. The representative suggested I call my credit card company - I did and they said there was no problem with the card. I was asking the representative if I could use a bank check or another card and we were cut off.
I really wanted your product, so I logged on again and used another card and it did work. I have never had any difficulty with the first card, so I don't understand the problem.

Delivery got delayed because Stacks wanted to confirm my delivery address. While a little peeved at that at first, after some thought I am glad they pay attention to that kind of detail. It is not just some automatic computerized process. They actually have a human backup. In the end, I was very impressed. It may have taken an extra day or two to get my item, but it was worth it knowing they made sure they got it right. And I imagine if there was not an issue with my order information everything would have gone through smoothly and without delay.
