So for Christmas, I ordered my son one of your trampolines. Once it arrived, I realized that he was crying and how he hated the gift as he rolled away in his wheelchair. I'm never ordering from this site again!

"LIFETIME WARRANTY"????? When we brought in the defective part, we were told it "wasn't covered". Didn't hear any of that when you were selling us the unit. Very rude man at the counter too. Offered zero help whatsoever. Steer clear of these guys!! (Issaquah, WA)

Our AMAZING trampoline has a bent frame. We have been calling customer service for over a month with NO help. Always a promise for someone to call in a few days and then the time comes and goes with no return call. The product is fantastic its too bad the customer service falls so short of their promise!

The quality and safety of this trampoline is very poor. A few years ago, I purchased large oval trampoline directly from Springfree. Big mistake!

It has had moderate use and we live in Southern California. After two years, the mat and net started showing signs if wear and since they have completely failed. If I want to salvage the trampoline, I am forced to spend several hundreds of dollars to replace the mat, net and rods.

As everyone who owns a Springfree knows, these are tension rods, they are extremely difficult to assemble and disassemble, so we have that to contend with as well. I contacted customer service and they sent me a link to the warranty page. I have friends that opted for a less expensive trampoline at the same time and theirs is still holding up.

"Safest trampoline in the world?" No way! Unless you want to spend an additional $500-$1000 every three to five years in "maintenance" to make this trampoline safe and jumpable (and take it apart!) - look at another trampoline.

Don't order online it's a waste of time as Springfree still need to call you and verify everything including your full credit card number, CCV and expiry. Which probably violates all PCI compliance laws and any convenience or security you thought you might get by ordering online is completely lost. You end up wasting a day or so in the whole process. If you want a springfree trampoline your best bet is to order over the phone.
