“I had an issue with the renewal date of my services. They are supposed to run up to 10th Dec but I got a notice saying they would be renewed on 25th Nov, which is three weeks early. I understand that this is to avoid downtime, but I paid for that time so I contacted Siteground to find out if the new year of service would still start on 10th Dec or from 25th Nov. I was re-assured by Marin that it will run from 10th Dec. He was very patient with my questions. I apologised for being firm about my enquiry, but he actually put me at my ease. I have been ripped off by a lot of suppliers in IT before now and so I have a bit of suspicion running about billing.... So far Siteground has been completely straight with me about everything and I have been extremely happy to be on board as a customer. I hope this continues. It would be great to stay with one company forever and never to feel the need to change again. Keep it up please!”
