“While our business booking with Singapore Airlines from Australia to London was without unexpected surprises (though seat configuration on Airbus was uncomfortable, forcing lying down in scissors position preventing comfortable sleep), the service and food was of superior quality, motivating us to fly with Singapore Airlines again. We wee misled by Simply Business as to booking our flight from Dubrovnik to Frankfurt as supposedly Business Class, while we were allocated seats in economy class, without relevant comfort, and our access to business class lounge at Dubrovnik denied. In addition, our booking of a return flight to Australia from Frankfurt to Melbourne was supposed to be on Airbus plane. Instead, Thai Airways substituted Airbus between Frankfurt and Thailand with an aged Boeing 747, with seats in business class broken, allowing only 160 degrees tilt, preventing sleep. Their service was also inferior to one experienced on board of Singapore Airlines. Our supposed bonus discount for prior booking with Simply Business was disallowed due to a flimsy reason of Simply Business just being able to match discounted airfare offered by another company. Overall, we are not very much impressed with Simply Business as a company not providing the best deal with the best airlines and reneging on their offer of discount for renewed business. ”

First and foremost i would like to apologize on behalf of the airlines for any inconvenience you experienced on your flights and wanted to address each of your issues:
1. Economy flight from Dubrovnik: Reason why you were put on economy instead of Business might of been due to no Business Class flights offered with that specific airline between those two cities. Either way, i am sure you were made aware of this and signed for the appropriate flight upon booking it with us. if not, please let me know straight away.
2. Substitution of Thai Airbus to Boeing 747 - Unfortunately all airlines hold and reserve the right to make schedule changes as well as equipment changes; meaning they can alter flight times and/or the Aircraft's you would fly with. This happens regardless of how or where you book your ticket.
From the sound of it, Thai Airlines might of had a schedule change and for whatever reason changed planes on you last minute. I do understand that this caused a huge issue because you were supposed to fly on a brand new plane but ended up flying on an old plane. Please understand that Simply Business Class had nothing to do with this change. Airlines do this at their will. We are not responsible for Airlines making last minute changes same as no other travel Agency would be. If we did find out about this prior to your flight, we would have done everything in our power to get you on a better plane.
Please understand that you were NOT mislead by Simply Business Class. The flights we booked for you was supposed to be on the Aircraft's that was presented to you and which you signed off on. Please understand that we cannot be held liable for changes made by the Airline. We are a third party Agency and we have no control over changes made by any Airline.
3. I am not sure what discount you are talking about. If we went ahead and matched a lower price you were offered by a competitor, i am not sure how or why that's an issue.
