Site navigation & purchasing are easy. Credit card is not charged when the order is placed. Sales rep calls two days after ordering to try and upsell me on the free wall mount that I ordered with the TV and upsell me on the 3 year warranty I ordered. Site advertises free shipping, but their is a charge for handling and insurance on your order.
Shipping was very fast and television came as described. This TV was purchased at shopsmarttvs.com for about 10% less than I could get it at more reputable websites. I'd say it was worth the sales call that proceeded the order.

I wish you offered a removal service. Also the white glove service doesn't go far enough. I feel for the proce, it should include actually setting up the TV not just unpacking it.
