Landing pages were mixed up, so my initial experience wasn't good. However, my customer service rep was very helpful in sorting out the errors in my account setup that occured as a result of the website issue. Further the owner called me within 30 minutes of my sign up and corrected all issues on the landing pages. From that perspective, I think the owner did a great job at fixing the situation and I am now very satisified.
For the above ratings....unfortunately, there's no opt out option for rating but it's premature to be able to recommend this service or to decide whether I'd buy again, because I just signed up for the service myself and haven't actually used it out yet.
Customer service is great so far and I'm optimistic about working with this compnay. Can't say much beyond that, as I just signed up 45 minutes ago!

It was difficult to put the newsletter together. It did not allow for a clean copy to be printed for review.
