Ball came and damaged. They did replace the ball. However, the second ball came in atrociously packed. Everything was ripped up even the shipping label to send the ball back. That was damaged, not entirely happy with this purchase. However, I've had other ones without any problem.

Great site The customer service reps I doubt with were fantastic on replacing the ball. However, your warehouse is wrecked. There is no reason 2 balls. 2 different boxes came in almost basically destroyed.
