“I took my phone in to be fixed, and though they fixed the original problem, they broke something else. I contacted them a couple times about it, and they went from denying it to being super rude and defensive. I ended up having to pay another company to fix it. I would not recommend this company. ”

We attempted to help this customer after seeing her review. We were not made aware of any issues such as this after repair (customers get a 12 month warranty), and the customer would not give us her name to look up the transaction, so that we could understand more about the problem she might have had.
We admit that problems may arise during or after repair, but we make every attempt to ensure that customers are happy with the end result.
