Gary, the technician who repaired my garage door, was incredibly professional. I appreciated the phone call to let me know the exact time Jen was going to show up at my home. Extremely courteous, friendly and knowledgeable, he went about repairing the door after diagnosing the problem and letting me know of total costs for the repair. Precision Doors has a great tech in Gary. From start to finish the Precision Door team was fantastic.

Precision Door installed a new garage door opener 6 months ago. There was an unexpected malfunction and a technician was sent the same day within two hours of our call to Precision Door. The problem was identified and fixed. Since we were inside the warrantee period, there was no charge. It is very reassuring that Precision Door stands by their work and the same day availability was great.

Joe was professional and knew his products. He carefully explained where the issues were and didn't try to sell me anything. He had everything he needed with him and worked very hard. He was also very enjoyable with an awesome attitude. I got an appointment the next day after my call and everyone was very friendly and professional.

Had a spring break on door and was able to coordinate an appointment for the next morning. The technition called ahead and arrived as stated. Spring was covered under warranty without any issues. While there we ask if they could also replace the door gasket which was handled efficiently. Will use again if the need comes up.

I called and got an appointment for the time I wanted, the very next day. The service tech was here promptly and reviewed the situation with me. With his help, I was able to come to a decision to repair some parts and replace some components that should keep my garage door working for many more years. And a bonus? The belt drive on the opener is sooooooo quiet! I feel satisfied with the knowledge and workmanship the tech provided. Good job guys!

Luke was an excellent "service-person". Very professional and extremely nice. All work that he listed would be done when speaking with me was accomplished in a timely manner! He even
went beyond his duties and fixed a light cover on my security light right above my garage door. I really appropriated that task getting taken care of because I simply can not climb a latter anymore due to injuries.
