I had to go through the customer support flow and it was a long process. I was helped by the support team in a fantastic way. It's just that the normal flow seems totally wrong. Inserting the card details on the checkout flow, but then not finishing but having to go and look for unpaid invoices and press the 'pay' button. It's just not the way 99% of the internet purchases are done so it's not intuitive at all.
