Ordered a ton of computer parts and this one from outletpc had to travel the farthest ( West Coast to Easy Coast) and arrived in the shortest amount of time. Other packages from other companies havent arrived yet and they were just hours away from my home.

I can't say that I've done a lot of business with OutletPC, but occasionally they have items I need that other suppliers don't have and they usually have very good prices, especially their Weekly sales and other promotions. But the best thing I can say about OutletPC is that they have always provided excellent Customer Service. I have never received an improperly or inadequately packaged product. I have never received a wrong product or incomplete shipment and they always get the shipment out in a timely manner. Overall I would have to say that OutletPC is an honest, trustworthy and efficient company. The only negative aspect of doing business with OutletPC is that their shipping cost are sometimes a bit more than what I think they should be, but I'm not in the shipping business.

I was in desperate need of power source for my business server. I could not find it anywhere locally and no one would ship overnight due to the holidays. I called Outletpc and they had the part but told me I missed the cut off of 11 am and it was 3 pm. I asked if there was anything that could be done and they said if you order it right now they will run it over and see if they can get it out. They did and I received it today(the next day) at 9am. Installed it this morning and my business computer is up and functioning fine. A big thanks to outletpc. I should also note that their price was about 1/3 to 1/2 of others on the internet.

This is my first time buying with outlet pc and surely is the last. I never understood why noone really liked you guys but now i see. I shoul of just kept my money with newegg or superbiz. My order was canceld after removing my money. You guys have customer support ia almost imposible to talk to. And i still dont know why my ordered was canceld. Never again
