Tech was good and helpful, but this is my fifth call this weekend/Monday about this issue. No one answered the 877 line this weekend. Looped me back to musak. Sent two emails - no response. Tried to chay - no response.

Very frustrating and unhelpful for a long-term client.

I have been and will continue to be a OneSupport customer. OneSupport keeps my computer tuned-up and addresses any and all issues I have or had in the passed. About 4 years ago my computer system had to be re-loaded and I did lose some of my data files but OneSupport recovered most of them and now I know more about what files I need backed up. This is a very satisfied customer. Thank you all at OneSupport and keep up the great work!

I AM THE LEAST GEEKY PERSON ON THE PLANET SO FOR THE FIRST TIME IN A LONG TIME I HAD DIFFICULTY UNDERSTANDING WHAT I WAS BEING ASKED TO DO. MY HARD DRIVE GOT FRIED AND ALL i WANT TO DO NOW IS RESTORE AS MUCH STUFF AS I CAN AS EASILY AS POSSIBLE, AND IT WASN'T EASY THIS TIME - I PAY FOR YOUR SERVICE TO RELIEVE MYSELF FROM DOING ANYTHING AND THIS TIME I WAS GIVEN AN ASSIGNMENT THAT I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND SO I REALLY DON'T FEEL QUALIFIED TO DO ANYTHING. I MAY START OVER TOMORROW WITH ANOTHER TECH.

This service was recommended by the tech support person, Jason, from H-P Direct.
There were two issues that I had made contact about.
The first issue was general in nature - slow functioning/operation of my H-P Envy machine which often simply 'locked up' whenever I attempted to click on a function - open a browser, etc.
The second issue was more specific - failure of my H-P 5530 to scan or copy. Simply printing was not - has never been an issue.
The second issue appears to have been a hardware glitch that has been resolved for the moment.
A scan was recommended to address the slow functioning issue.
