Truly awful, avoid this company if possible!!!
My order was 2 weeks late and when I asked it's whereabouts I was told it was out of stock and they didn't know when it would be back in. A refund was offered which I accepted, a week later still waiting for my money. A few days after that the item arrives! This would have been great but I had already purchased another one for another merchant. They were very reluctant to accept the return even though they messed up. I've had to pay for the postage and 2 weeks after they got it back I'm still waiting for my refund.

I have also NOT received my goods from One Digitals, but if I say that I don't get the chance to write this...
60 days after ordering a mobile phone and I STILL have NOTHING and STILL no refund!!!!!!
DO NOT repeat DO NOT buy ANYTHING from One Digitals - they will take your money and have no intention of supplying any goods - and they have no intention of refunding your money!!!
It's a disgraceful scam and Shopper Approved should have NOTHING to do with One Digitals

It's annoying that if you go back a step you have to fill in your details again. I wanted to take out the shipping insurance but it was not allowing you to add it to the shopping cart

Delivery was promised in about 10 days and it took about 6 weeks. However you did keep me informed that there was a problem with the supply. You also offered for me to cancel the order. I decided to stay with the order and was very happy with the item when it arrived

The item arrived the Friday before xmas day on the Sunday . I ordered on the 2nd Dec 17 . The seal in the box was broken , as it was a present it was quickly wrapped up did not notice till opening the present on xmas day . Initially the item did not charge up .. attempts to engage in a verbal conversation by t/c were unsuccessful. Email chat was useless as we could return as do not follow uk consumer standards they follow Hong Kong's, had to demonstrate by recording evidence of ways suggested to make it work .
I simply wanted to return the item ... I contacted my visa company in the end for protection.. to our amazement the item charged up a few days laters so we chose to keep the product due to the sheer effort that would be needed to return to the product and did not feel confident enough that we would get our money back and we would not get an exchange... I was informed that details of the returns policy are in the website
I did receive a follow up email approx 3 weeks later from the attempts to email the company asking about the product no acknowledgement of the chat conversation.

Was a bit slow initially getting a response. The phone system was very bad, got to number 1 in the queue after waiting for 45mins and then was cut off. But managed to talk to someone on live chat and everything was sorted. Delivery was as promised before Christmas too which was much appreciated.

I had a major problem with inputting card details as I was on int explorer. After waiting 1 hour and talking on line, I was informed to use chrome which worked.

My order took longer than anticipated to be delivered. I received emails to confirm it had been dispatched but it still took a few weeks after the emails to arrive. It was christmas so I understand delivery companies were under pressure and the item was cheaper than anywhere else online so I felt somewhere there would be some compromise for the price.
