I do not understand why I was charged $396 for a membership I was not asked to continue? I do not want it, would like a refund and do not like my product.

The initial bike was actually not shipped. It took multiple phone calls over multiple days to get results - way too many and too long to resolve that, in fact, the bike was never shipped. Reps repeatedly stated nothing they could do but request a dock search (even though two emails had bad been sent to ICON by the local receiving stating the item was not delivered) and gave me the wrong phone number for the local receiver dock - even after I informed them they have the wrong number and gave them the correct number.
Ultimately, very happy with the bike, but the delivery and service related to the same were POOR.

Received conflicting information between different representatives and could not be connected to the representative I requested. Finally gave up after several days of trying.
Lots of miscommunication about how the delivery process would go. Many pieces did not fit together easily. Still waiting on my heart rate monitor. Tried to contact customer service through chat and they initially responded and then just stopped answering my questions.
