I purchased two bands as gifts. One was perfect, the other had a faulty part. I contacted Leslie in customer service and let her know - she apologized for my inconvenience and had a new band shipped out the next day. The new band arrived two days later! The bands are great, the recipient is super happy, and I was very pleased with the great customer service.

What a pleasure to do business with a company that strives for great customer service. I ordered two of the storage cases and was contacted by the company to make sure it wasn't an error on my part. How considerate. Most companies would have just sent it regardless. I also ordered watch bands and they are great! The items were packed incredibly well, and everything was as shown on their site, actually better in person. I received my items so quickly, I was surprised. A delightful experience, and I will definitely use this company again and would recommend to anyone looking for similar items. Thank you so very much.

Was a little disappointed with the product. I was expecting a rugged thick band as it appeared on the picture not a regular watch band in compared to another brand. I would still use the product though.

Great products and customer service. Not only did they immediately replace a band that proved to be defective, when that replacement got lost in the mail they sent me another replacement band without any questions or delay. Monowear is an honest and customer friendly company that I would highly recommend.

I ordered the nylon gray band and received the nylon olive band. It's ok...but I don't care for green...So I'm at a loss of what I should do at this point.

I love the Monowear watch and band case, and the metal watch band. My only disappointment is that the case is just too small to fit my Apple (non-Monowear) watch bands, but it is still functional enough for me. The customer service and delivery was efficient. Overall, I am happy and do recommend it to my friends.

Quick and easy ordering process; make sure, if you are not in Private Mode on a Safari browser when you order. If you are, the shopping cart will not hold more than one item in the cart. After reading reviews on the monowear products, I'm looking forward to receiving my order!!!!!
