This was an easy ordering experience. Picked out some that we were interested in. Then we ordered samples, took them to the granite store and held them up against our slab. We made our final decision and placed the order. We had them on our doorstep a week later, Florida to Colorado.. very well packaged, took every tile out of every box. Not a single one is broken or chipped. Can't wait for our countertops to be installed so we can put up the backsplash!

I ordered the wrong tile! Your customer service representative,
Melina Buratto was an excellent help to me in arranging my return.
My only recommendation is that your company provide return Fed Ex labels and then deduct the cost of the shipping from my return.
Fed Ex recommended that I contact Mineral Tiles and request just this, because businesses that do a lot of shipping can get costs of shipping for up to half of what the individual does.
Melina is looking into this for me and will let me know tomorrow.

I was offered a coupon for samples that didn’t come. I entered my email for another coupon- at that point they charged shipping when the order previously had free shipping.
