I ordered two key fobs in February 2024 for a 2019 Buick Enclave. I attempted to have the fobs programmed by a locksmith. He was unable to program them. I subsequently took them to my local Buick dealer for programming and they were unable to program them as well. I reached out to Locksmith keyless but since my purchase was past the 30 day refund policy, they will not refund me the cost of the fobs. I also purchased a 3-year Extend insurance policy and Extend advised me that I could request a refund of the policy but that this must be handled through Locksmith Keyless. Locksmith Keyless is refusing this refund as well. So, I am out $60 for the two fobs and insurance policy, and $50 for cutting the keys. Fortunately, neither the locksmith nor the Buick dealership charged me for their time or efforts to program the defective fobs. Locksmith Keyless could learn about 'Good Customer Service' from these other two companies.
I will never recommend Locksmith Keyless based upon this experience.

Item arrived broken, sent photo evidence immediately once received. Sales rep. claims they cannot do anything because shipping insurance was not purchased. To my knowledge, when purchasing the item, shipping insurance was not an option! So I'm stuck with a broken tool that cannot be used. Very unhappy customer that will never buy from this company again. Plan to also leave multiple negative reviews adding to the already less than good review total. You all should learn how to treat your customers better.
