Hello Steven, You placed an order for a table and two chairs with us on April 19, 2017. As soon as you place the order on April 19, 2017, we check with the manufacturer dealer site and it showed that the chairs were available. Your order was immediately submitted to the manufacturer electronically. The week of April 19 was the furniture market in High Point. The manufacturer was very busy and did not inform us until April 29 that the chairs were gone. While the Manufacturer inventory showed that the chairs were in stock on April 19, there were other orders ahead of us that had not been processed at that time therefore the inventory continues to show in stock. Unfortunately, we have no control over this.
We immediately contacted you on April 29 and offered to remove the shipping charge and upgrade your delivery to white glove delivery service at no additional cost if you will keep the table that is in stock. You had agreed to keep the table and we deliver the table with free white glove delivery service.
Again we apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your business.
