When I opened the IRS e-mail, I printed the document that says "Congratulations! The EIN has been successfully assigned", and then I tried to click the 'Continue" button for more information Help Topics link, and there wasn't anything there.?
It also stated that the Confirmation Letter will be mailed to the applicant? - that it would take 4 weeks? I thought I would be able to print everything immediately? Could you explain? Thank you.

I made a purchase while sitting in a branch of Regions Bank. On the form I mistype d my husband's follow- up email. I tried calling to immediately correct.. could only get answering machine promising to call back. No call ever came and I feared our personal information would get into the hands of someone else! The horrible thing was that I had given them my money and couldn't get live service. This is NOT GOOD! Someone should be available to answer calls! I asked the company on their contact page through email to please send to my personal email address. Apparently, they read my message and I did eventually get the product...... the following day instead of the fast "60" minutes or less method that I paid for.
The product came in the mail but nothing addressing the customer service issue that occurred. I wasn't very happy with the situation. And, it could have been totally different if there was a live person available to answer the phone.

In my opinion, the fee was somewhat high for the immediate turnaround. I realize manpower is needed to complete the order; however, electronic information also comes into play and could certainly be an advantage in assessing a lower cost. Overall, a good service.
