“If you want feedback from as many customers as possible, *stop* requiring completion of a written review like this one. I should be able to rate with stars and forego a written review if I should so choose.”

Response from intohealth.com:
Thank you for leaving a review at checkout. It’s always completely optional, but greatly appreciated. Our reviews are counted for our Google shopping star rating. Google has changed their rules over the years, and their most recent change was something like 30 new reviews per month in order to maintain a star rating. That means a merchant with hundreds or thousands of accumulated reviews could completely lose their star rating if they do not continually acquire new reviews. Google also requires some kind of written review along with the star rating, which is why our form requires something. It can be short and sweet, like “easy checkout” or “good prices.” Please know that you always have the option to just ignore the box that asks for the review, but when you do leave a quick note, it greatly helps my business.
“There were some issues with the delivery(not intohealth's control) and I received excellent customer care!!! An excellent business for great, old fashioned customer care!! Thank you so much! I'm now a confirmed fan of your store!”
