I absolutely love the urn I got for my baby boy ashes. It's absolutely beautiful, amazing quality (14k gold), and very pretty engraving. I wear my urn necklace absolutely everywhere and will continue to do so for the rest of my life. When I was looking at the product online, I was a little concerned about it possibly opening on accident and losing the ashes, but now that I have the product in person I know that there's no way for you to accidentally lose half of the urn because it's so well-made. I highly recommend this product and this company

I love the hour glass. But I feel the funnel part of it should be made bigger to allow the ashes to flow freely.
I did sift the ashes prior to loading the glass, but ashes still do not flow well.
