Anytime I've needed to order supplies, it has been quick and easy!

Since it's the 1st time that I shop on your site, I was not sure of several aspects, for instance, where the product I'd like to order will be shipped from (so that I can decide which shipping method I'd like to use). I called your 800 # and a Tom helped me. He's very knowledgeable and courteous and, with his help, I chose the proper shipping method.
Then, I was going to click the "Submit Order" button, but noticed that the Suite # of the address I had entered earlier was not shown. As the building our office is at has more than 20 suites, I was afraid that my order might get lost if the Suite # were not specified. So, I had to call your 800 # again. Luckily, Tom was there again. He helped me to look up my shipping address where he could see the Suite #, that eased my concern. He said further that when I get the order confirmation via my email, I could also respond to ask your co to make sure that the Suite # is shown, which is a very helpful advice.
Then I talked to my colleague in our IT Dept and decided to order 2 cartridges. When I got to the Submit Order page again, I could see that our Suite # is already shown. Tom must have helped to make that happen.
So, I'm very happy with my shopping experience, especially with Tom's professional knowledge and advice.
Your management must have trained your staff very well. I'll recommend to my colleagues and friends about your company's outstanding service.
