Very dishonest with outrageous fees. Their website is designed to make it look like the actual hotel site. Reps are pushy, lying that you're getting the lowest rate and that you need to book right now because it's the last room left. Well, I managed to contact the actual hotel and found out they lied and it was not the last room left and it wasn't the best rate as the hotel had a lower nightly rate. Guest Reservations also charged over $100 in extra fees. Absolutely outrageous, dishonest, and amounting to fraud and theft in my opinion.

The additional fees that were tacked on to a $263 room rate for one night is absolutely ridiculous. Why do you have fees that total $132? It's deceptive.
