They failed to notify me that the product was out of stock. I had to call several times to find out the status. I then only had two weeks or less to find the product before Christmas. By this time it was hard to find the product and it was over priced because I needed it by Christmas. Several weeks went by and I heard nothing from this company. This was a very frustrating experience.

I ordered this in November so I could give to my brother for a Christmas present. After a couple of weeks went by, I sent an email inquiring about my order and was told this item is out of stock until January. Date is still unknown.
