Easy and priced less than competition. However, I contacted customer service regarding shipping time frame. Chris, customer service rep, stated that 2-3 business days for shipping as stated on the website does not include warehouse processing time. Chris requested the the processing be expedited. Thank God, the item was received expeditiously. We needed the item within a time frame to complete a project. Thanks to Chris we were able to get it completed.

Shipping times are miss leading. Essential Hardware needs 24-48 hours to process order and then add the shipping time frame 5-7 business days actual could be 7-9 business days which means receiving the items up to 11 day after placing the order. Seems to be a way of the business adding revenue by customer needing to pay higher shipping costs.
