“We are so pleased we have Embrace pet insurance for our Golden Retriever Sadie Angel. She recently had to have TPLO and Embrace took care of us every step of the way. When the time came to pay the claim they did so exactly as we expected. Customer care was so helpful as we worked our way through the process. Thank you Embrace. ”

“I've had Embrace for my cat for 3 years now, and I'd never had an accident/illness claim until this year. All of the wellness claims have been a breeze, and I was hoping this one would be too - they didn't let me down. I sent them a pre-certification form and the estimate from the vet to see if everything would be covered and what my anticipated reimbursement would be. It took them no longer than 3 days to provide a response. When it came time to submit the claim, my vet filled out the paperwork and sent it to Embrace. Within 2 business days I had an email from Embrace saying they were beginning to process the paperwork. 2-3 days later they let me know that they've reviewed everything and let me know what I can expect to be receiving as a direct deposit. I'm very pleased with their coverage, their claims and reimbursement process, and their customer care as well.”
