I had my home with a firm that found out had no concern for my wife nor I. They were just happy to have our $800,000.home on their books. Once I contacted Effective Agents I received a reply within 2 days. I was sent 3 of the top agent in the states to which I call to interview all three. I was so pleasantly surprised by the first call I made I hired her. Amy our new agent is concerned about us, the sale of our home and making sure the right buyer moves in.it is only after all of that she will look at her pay .i am proud of her and Effective Agents for bringing us together.

The customer was looking for a top agent in our market and we were able to step in and help with a variety of vendors to prepare the house for sale.
