I just ordered the burn cage. My first experience shopping on the website went well, very pleased with the details provided. I am waiting for a confirmation detailed receipt to appear in my email. I will gladly provide additional feedback once I receive my burn cage and begin to use it.

Overall site was good to use and chipper options well described. However, I wanted to get clarification on whether a tractor trailer could access my property and the guidelines are just not clear. I was told the tractor trailer wouldn't back up and would have to be able to turn around. The customer service rep couldn't assist and directed me to another number, but my message was never returned. Secondly, I understand what the lift gate service is, but I don't understand why they can't be clear about having the ability to use a power jack to move your chipper from the road 50 feet down your driveway to your garage, or at least away from the road. That would be customer service!

I almost bought from another supplier because of above, but decided the Power Pro 400 was what I needed and therefore purchased it and will rent a pick up truck to collect it from a FEDEX shipping depot 1 hour away.

I enjoy shopping the dr products,l have the dr trimmer with the heavy quick lock head and trimmer and other products that go with this,l am very pleased with shopping with you ,it is very easy,quick and knowledgeable employees,l am looking forward to try out my new electric hydraulic splitter,Thsnk you all,mr cooper known as mr bill.

I placed my order 5 days ago and now I'm being solicited for shopping experience feedback. Short of the original order confirmation I have received NOTHING. I haven't received my order, I've received nothing about the status, the estimated ship date, the estimated delivery date. Not even a courtesy 'working on your order' notice. Now I did receive and email stating I left something in my cart, which is inaccurate. I do believe there are a few issues that need to be addressed. I'm hoping my experience with the product is better than the ordering experience.

First attempt I kept getting kicked off of the site. Today, when I placed my order for a chipper/shredder, a pop up came up with accessories. The first one had spare knives and a maintenance kit. I added the knives to my cart and the pop up changed and I could not find the maintenance kit to add. I would have spent more money if the site would have just kept the same pop up going.
