I have been unable to get anybody to return my calls. I ordered a walk behind weed whacker and I received the accessories I purchased, but the machine has not gotten here and I have not received any reason why. Please give me a call 717-413-4998.

Debb was my customer service rep. and in no time had me taken care of the items I ordered. These will be put into use when the snow melts and we can get to work. The heavy-duty blade was one item for the Pro XL-30 17-5, Brush Mower. The original blade was having to really work to take down the larger sagebrush. Will let everyone know how the new blade works. The sagebrush needs to be pulled back from the buildings for fire protection.

I found it difficult to know when an item I decided to add to my 'list' was added. I had to go through a few run throughs to pare the order down to only what I wanted.
I also decided the shipping cost for one item defied justification and cancelled out.

I called DR because one side of my PRO21 Battery Lawnmower wrench handle assembly had stripped and would not keep the nut bracket connected. I ordered two of the wrench handle assemblies part number 421071, 081, 091, 1111, 112, 0901. The 42181 Round Pin was backordered until August. That is the one part that connects the quick assembly bolt to the handle and lets the bolt swing so I could lower the upper handle when I put the mower away. In other words the one part that makes the wrench handle assembly works!. I was told that the one part is on backorder at the time I ordered it. I used a small bolt and nut to make it work.

The person who took my order was very friendly and thorough and the parts were delivered on Sunday in time to reassemble the mower and mow my front lawn!

I am sorry, but your sales literature said that I could arrange to pick up my mower/trimmer at the delivery company loading dock. However, there was no place to indicate that is what I wanted. So, I tried to get Customer Service and they were closed. I had to leave a text message that states you will call me back in two days.

You are making me very nervous already.
