Delivery time was way to long. ( 21 days)
The contoller feels more plastick than a normal controler

Website interface was straight forward. Shipping took a very long time because of a lack of parts. More communcation upfront on why that was happening would be good, but they replied to my support email extremely quickly when I asked. Controller's right analog trigger was sticky, but I think this was more Nintendo's fault. It's a common problem on all newer gamecube controllers, painted or not. So, not their fault. Would recommend to others.
