Shopping was easy and very good but there was a problem and that is that I purchased two clocks and only received one; not only that when trying to contact customer service could not get anyone. It is now into the second month of not receiving order.
I still have not received order #369176737 that was purchased on 4/4/2022.

Waited on HOLD on the phone for 30 minutes! Ask for a return phone call and have not received it yet! Need to order the FREE engraved plate.
Later realized I was not entitled to a FREE engraved plate as my order did not meet the dollar threshold with the discount I received! But no message was given telling me why,
When I received the clock, it exceeded our expectations: beautiful music, high quality sound, & beautiful cabinet! More than satisfied!
