I brought a warranty now that I need it I'm not covered though I brought a warranty that says my engine is covered. I was also told that I did not put enough money into the warranty for Carcheck to put out thousands of dollars for customers and because my car is older the sales rep should have offered me extra protection. When I called the original sales rep this guy gives me to someone else he could not have been more aggravated than me. Currently, I'm waiting for corporate to call me back

Horrible customer service and wait times. They will sign you up quickly, but cancellations are difficult process and no access to canceling your card so they continue debiting your card.

Ralph was my purchase agent. He knew the product and specifics, and when he couldn't answer a question, he said he didn't know but would find out from someone who did. I appreciate honesty in my business dealings!!!! How good is the coverage??? I guess I'll find out if I need to make a claim. Basically, Carchex is in a probationary period with me. Most companies smother their potential customers with love and kisses, but when the rubber hits the road, that's when the customer finds out whether the company is legit or not. So, the sales end went just find (no surprise there). However, if and when it comes time to pony up, will Carchex leave me bleeding in a ditch, or will they come to my rescue with good service and no hassles??? The jury is still out!

Ralph was the agent that worked with me and guided me through the process. He was able to show me how competitor's didn't quite match up to the Carchex coverage and out of pocket cost. I didn't feel like I was being pressured into making a hasty decision, which makes me feel like I made the right decision to sign up.

After purchasing a used car from a local dealership, they tried to sell us a warranty from a crappy, low rated warranty company. I did my own research and CARCHEX was one of the number one rated warranty companies for used cars.
Excellent customer service was provided by Craig Myles. He was able to put together a warranty that fit my needs and was reasonably priced. Very personable and professional, we will be looking into warranties with our other two vehicles as well.
