"Love the watch, delivery took 5 days longer than estimated.
Paid with paypal.
Contacted them about 4 times about changing the order and they responded within a few hours or the next business day on the weekend.

I had to fill in my billing & shipping addresses multiple times. Your site kept wiping it out :(
Delivery turned into an ordeal as well...for some reason USPS didn't deliver this to my office on the expected date, & left no paperwork telling me that delivery was attempted at an office bldg. with a full staff working at the time the "alleged" delivery was attempted. I had to go onto your website, get the tracking #& do an inquiry. Then I had to go to the local post office to pick up my package that would have been returned to you in another week if I hadn't gone to pick it up. Not sure why there was such commotion trying to get this to me. All addresses provided were accurate.
