It took some minutes to work out the changes to the site and map purchasing arrangements since my last visit.
Once understood, the advantages of the subscription system were clearly explained, also the useful range pf options.
Once decided the process completed entirely trouble free.

When I bought "Standrd Sub Auto Renewal" I did not realise I got no maps for this but had to buy in addition each OS map separately!!! Or that I needed OMN.Your sales model is not explained
