I called just to confirm availability of a roaster. Very helpful rep. Perfect.All was well until we realized the Visa card and PayPal BOTH had been charged. How does that even happen?

Ordering was a problem.

I can't review this product as it is a gift for my son. The ordering was a major drawback, as we were charged TWICE for the product and it took a week to be corrected. So about $800 out of our account for all that time. Ridiculous. Hope the roaster works well.

I'm very dissatisfied with Roastmasters. I have received two machines, both of which have had broken doors. It took a while day and a half to receive a response from a representative then another 4 days to receive the second roaster. No apology from the company or anything. Also, Shipping is not what caused the broken doors. They weren't packaged this way.

Two Broken Behmor 1600 Plus Received

This is the second roaster I have been shipped because I had to return the first one since it was broken. This too is broken. Unacceptable.

Good information of coffee beans on website, easy to order, prices comparable to other sites, very speedy delivery, order came on time in 3 days. Have ordered from this company in past for several years, never had any issues.

i did try to call you number of times always was busy or with other client.I had to talk before i submit order, but it was impossible.
