The technician showed up on time, was very professional and did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and never put the hard sell on me for any needless repairs.

I was very impressed with the inspection and information provided by our technician - Billy. He was very thorough in his explanations of the issues and how he could resolve them. He was quick and efficient. Everything was finished on time and cleaned up. He even helped sync the new opener to the car. Yeah!!

Our tech was Will. He was courteous, professional and took care of the problem quickly after a brief discussion of his recommendations. He first did an evaluation of the entire door and where there could be other potential problems.

The technician WILL was courteous and fast and called ahead. He gave me the quote after examining the issue.
The (1) braided cable which was unraveling did not match the other side of the door which was fine condition.
I asked him if the replacement was covered by any warranty... he could not check.
I was fortunate that I had the original contract and had purchased lifetime replacement of parts.
My only question was ... when I called and my address came up as a repeat customer ....why didn't my warrantee show up? It was 4 years ago. No warranties are kept by Precision Door?
Still would recommend and be a repeat customer .

The springs on my door were broken, but the door was in bad shape so I decided to replace everything. I chose custom panels, which took longer to arrive than expected. I had to jury rig a spring repair myself to operate my door while I waited. It would have been nice to be offered a temporary fix, but the only thing I was offered was a $400 spring replacement.

The tech that came to my house was very professional, informed and very helpful. He cleaned up after installing a new garage door opener. I could not have had a better experience.

Nick was knowledgeable and he was very curious and professional. He did the job in a timely manner and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend him to neighbors.

Billy from Precision Garage door came to our house 9pm on a Saturday night, he quickly assessed our problem, provided an estimate to fix the garage door and then went way above and beyond to not only address the immediate problem but fix various other aspects of the garage door that the original installer failed to do. I wish everyone was as passionate and friendly when doing their job.

I called because the weather stripping on the door came loose. There was a serviceman, Nick Sager, at my house in 90 minutes, to make the repair. Great service.
