“We have a 2016 Newmar Londonaire. We were informed by Newmar, there were only a few dealerships that we could go to for warranty work, Guaranty RV, being one. We called and Sherry Rouillard called us back on her day off, to set up a time to come to Junction City. We were very pleased with the phone conversation with Sherry, & information she sent to our home in Las Vegas, NV. Our over all experience, was exceptional. The techs Phil and Devon, trained for Newmar, were outstanding as well. Guaranty also allowed us to stay in our coach during the evening hours, and a night across the street. We have had 3 new Tiffin coaches, so we know the drill going to service. From past experience, with those coaches, we expected to be in service over a week. Guaranty had us out in 4 days! Phil and Devon devoted their entire day working on our coach!! They were not pulled to work on other coaches, as our experience in the past.
If I could give a 10 star rating, I would. Sherry Rouillard, is the best Service Manager, and Guaranty is lucky to have her!”

“Ryan in service was extremely pleasant and helpful in resolving the issue we came in for. In addition, he time to explain how the issue was resolved and to provide excellent advice on how to further improve handling of the RV. ”
