“Guaranty has been excellent to work with. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. We have had some problems with our coach but Guaranty has always worked their best to fix problems and make us happy. We might not buy the same coach again but we would still buy at Guaranty.”

“Scheduled the appointment with the Service Manager, Sherry Rouillard and arranged to have the unit available on the scheduled date. Sherry even called me the day before to be sure we were on the same page.
The work was schedule to take place on Thurs. and Fri. and the only glitch we had was that "Management" had scheduled an All Hands Meeting to Friday morning. Delayed the work a couple of hours but not a major problem.
I can't say enough about Sherry as she is a genuine Gem. She knows and understands the business better than anyone Ive ever dealt with, is personable, pleasant and a joy to talk to and do business with and consistently keeps you posted on work status. The Tech. that handled the work was outstanding as well. Worked hard and fast but answered questions and provided information not available anywhere.
Suffice to say, A great team!!!!!”

“I scratched my new Dutch on a trip. I had a service appointment scheduled and Sue in the body coordinated with Sherry to fix the scratches along with the service in three days. Wow!!! Sherry always is on top of every situation......”

“Newmar Service Manager Sherry Roullard and the technicians that worked on our coach were extremely thorough, diligent, courteous and persistent in working to resolve our warranty work. Also, they took the time to ensure that the correct items were ordered for our optional window awnings, replacement BR egress window and sliding compartment tray. Working with Sherry has been a pleasure compared to our original dealer/service dept and we are looking forward to our mid May service appointment to finish up the remaining warranty repairs and optional equipment installs.”
