“My Pleasure Way van was missing some pieces.... table, table leg.....
It took them 6 months to mail them to me, but, after 2 calls, they did it!”

“This was our first new coach purchace and with a new coach it came with some minor repair issues. Ryan was extremely helpful and worked to have the issues taken care of in a timely manner. “We had gotten a recall notice for our RV from the manufacturer and contact Guaranty to do the service. Michael was excellent, explaining what would be done. We went ahead and had him add the Spring Tune Up while our travel trailer was there. Again, he explained exactly what the technicians would inspect. He assured us that if they found anything that needed repair, he would call before doing any repair. When we picked up our trailer, Michael was great in letting us know the outcome of the recall inspection and the tune up. We would recommend this service department to anyone with an RV. We experienced great customer service! ”
