Ordered 2 fuel gauges that were showing in stock. Customer service contacted me to let me know they actually only had 1 in stock and probably would not be receiving more. I was given the option for a refund since this was typically not an item they stock . I appreciate them being proactive in letting me know there was a problem with the order.

Site easy to navigate. Found what I needed (tune up kit) right away and easily got an order placed. I was impressed that I got a call from Cunningham to doublecheck with me as to what particular golf cart I had to make sure they sent me the proper kit. I really appreciate that level of customer service!!

The best and easiest site ever. I live in NC and there is no one that will help you with parts like the parts department at Cunningham. It pretty bad when you have to go out state to get expert service.

They sent the wrong belt. When I contacted them, their resolution was for me to pay to ship the wrong one back and then they would exchange it for the correct one and ship it to me at my cost. I ordered a belt for a 2018 Yamaha Quietech Drive 2 and received one for models made for 2016 and earlier. They sent the correct tune up kit so I know the information I provided was correct. The order did show the belt I ordered so I am not sure where the mix up is. But, I did not feel like I was treated fairly. I sold the wrong belt to my neighbor and bought the correct one from another company. No more Cunningham for me.

I received your review and checked up on the order and how it was handled. We filled the order as it was submitted by you for the belt you selected and paid for. The belt you ordered cannot be ordered from our site without going to the wrong car in the parts diagrams. We offered to take back the installed belt at the full price you paid and send you the belt you need for your cart, but we cannot cover the shipping to and return of the belt you ordered incorrectly. If it were our error, we would gladly pay for shipping with an apology. I'll be contacting you to further discuss an option to return the full order if you are unhappy.

My overall experience was good. The air filter that came with the tuneup kit was not the correct size. I don't think this was your fault. It was packaged by Yamaha. I was able to make it work.
