We want to recognize Laura Gutierrez and Boomer Benefits for their excellent customer and support services. After AARP/UHC plan G sent us notification of their plan's significant monthly rate increase, we contacted BB for possible affordable plan G options. Laura was our customer support agent and she guided us through the process very efficiently and simple to make the change. Laura was able to get us under the Cigna plan G at a lower monthly rate than UHC even before rate increase notice. She even helped us through the UHC plan G cancellation process. With Laura's help, the cancellation process was simple and straightforward.

Expertise and customer support services are the reasons why Boomer Benefits will always be our Medicare health insurance broker. Thanks for your excellent services !!!!

Dustin Hibner is incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Thanks to his guidance. I have been able to relieve all my stress regarding supplemental insurance.
Dustin will take the extra step to get you through the whole process, including answers to part D as well as vision and dental.
I would strongly advise anyone approaching 65 to get a hold of Dustin.

My deductible $240.00 had been used to pay a medical bill and was being posted. No knowing I saw my Dr and they said I had a deductible and that would have to be paid. I paid and in two days got the statement from the medical center. Kendra R helped me threw the complete process. I have my refund. She is a Angel . Thank God for Baby Boomers.s

I've been a member of Boomer since 2022 & every time I've reached out for help, whether it's to look at new Part D plans or switching medigap providers, they couldn't be more helpful. Not to mention, their service is at no cost as long as you do go through them from the beginning. My most current experience was with Ashley Stout & she, like all of their agents I've worked with, was an enormous help & also very nice. She communicated all along the way & her responses were timely. When I first started looking at companies like Boomer for help as I was nearing 65, Boomer was the one that stood out from the crowd. I think they basically all operate the same, getting paid by the various insurance companies but Boomer is the one company that continues helping you, whether it be for changes or issues with Medicare. That's a huge service! And as far as I can tell, they work with so many insurance companies, it's not like you're spending more $ to go with one of theirs. Honestly, even if you spend a few more pennies/dollars, the benefits to working with them are so great, you'd be nuts not to. Lastly, the book they have, 10 Costly Medicare Mistakes You Can't Afford To Make, if you're nearing 65, it's a must read.

I'm new to Medicare and right out of the gate I had a billing issue with a prescription drug provider. The drug provider's customer service was frustrating at best and very difficult to deal with. I had heard about Boomer Benefits Client Service team so I gave them a call and asked for help. They responded quickly and then went to work! Sydney Vaughn from Boomer was excellent at helping navigate with the provider and then conferenced me in with them so we could get the issue resolved. I am very happy with this company and thankful for Sydney and their team!
