Was not pleased with product. Returned for credit. Followed procedure by obtaining a return authorization number, etc. Package was returned and signed for on May 11. It's now June 14 and I have not received a credit. And now, when I call their number, recording says the number is currently not in service!!

I thought they were great. I purchased them for a Father's Day present for my husband. He said they are too hot and that he looks crazy wearing them so he will not wear them. I am sorry but they will be returned.
I think he just doesn't like it when the neighbors can't hear our TV.

I honestly don't like the system in place of not knowing how your item was shipped, when it was shipped and no tracking number. I called the number on an email from one of your Reps who was not very helpful and the number does not work.
Even though the item was fine I probably won't purchase anything else from your site b/c of the poor customer service.

Very informative. Once hooked up I have occasional problems when the sound not playing from the cube. I have to constant hit up and down buttons to get sound. However, I feel it is operator error and not sure what I am doing wrong.

Easy to follow
I have been hard of hearing for several years and use hearing aids and rely on closed caption when watching TV. With the wireless head phones I can hear a little better. Perhaps the headphones specially designed for those with limited hearing would be better.
