The order has been received and it arrived within the specified delivery window. However, the item I ordered specifically said Apple and showed the trademark right on it. This was delivered to my daughter who has advised me that it does work but is Not an Apple product, has no Apple trademark and feels a bit cheap compared to Apple products. As I said, it works, so all is good for now but I feel deceived by the product representation. I feel I have kept this response within your professional and courteous request and if you choose not to post this at least pass it on to whomever is in charge of customer satisfaction and also tell them that I sent an email weeks ago that mentioned the same issues I just outlined and I did not receive a reply.

Ordered the charger and worked well for 8 months, then got very hot, burned my fingers when trying to remove it, and stopped charging. Customer service was terrible and kept asking me the same questions over and over, never fully answering my questions or offering me a replacement since it was within the 1 year warranty. It was cheap, but beware of sketchy and unreliable customer service.
