This place never fails. Obviously flowers are not cheap anymore, but this place is reliable with its quality and stock. Other places have slimmed down on both. They still offer competitive market pricing, and the Ankeny location has always been reliable since I was a small child.

Lady at the counter was a bit rude the last time I got a flower order, all just for asking if it was paid for. I didn't want to walk out without knowing 100% that it was paid for. I'm not a thief so I'm sorry for asking. I don't understand the snarky response. I'm always respectful and polite to the staff here.

I had a great experience ! I called the store to ask if the arrangement could have more pink in it than advertised and i believe it was Wendy, went above and beyond to help me and make a gorgeous arrangement and gift. The recipient was very happy with it all.
