A few hickups in the beginning with being charged 2 units of freight when extended warranty added in cart when finalising order. As this order now says 2 units, it charged 29.90 for each item. Obviously the coding for extended warranty is incorrect and is currently coded to charge freight for a service being not a physical product. Would suggest corrective action is implemented in order to save all the frustration for both customer and customer service.It was decided to issue a credit discount code and that I would be phoned with code to aadd to discount voucher in cart. It is now more than 24 hours and no response has been provided and I managed to sort out the problem and successfully place my order. I don't think it should be up to your customer to determine where the problem arises and find and implement a solution.
