I didn't think your shipping was slow until I got an email asking me to confirm that I had received my items (which I hadn't) and then to contact telescopes.net within 24 hours if I hadn't received my order. Well, it was 3 days after I received that email that I got my order. Maybe wait a few days before sending the confirmation of delivery email so people don't think you are slow at shipping. |
