NOTE TO SHIPPING DEPT: When a customer provides a USPS PO Box number, AND you ship via USPS, the Shipping Department MUST use the PO Box to ensure proper delivery. In my case I always provide both a street address AND PO Box when ordering onine. I never know what method a company will ultimately use to send an order and since the USPS does not deliver to my physical address, items shipped via USPS must use the PO Box. Normally items shipped without my PO Box are returned to the shipper.

As to the product itself, cloudy skies have prevented its use.

I never received notification that the order had been shipped. I then tried to cancel my order. Imagine my surprise when my order arrived on Saturday.

Communication would have been good.

I was contacted by the telescopes.net and they explained that the website miscalculated the shipping and they charged me additional $** for shipping. I will be nice if this will be explained beforehand in the website. Otherwise it was a smooth transaction.

The Meade LS Telescope I purchased doesn't work at all. I will be contacting telescopes.net this evening about replacement/refund.
