I completed my order and paid before being notified that my item was not in stock. However, I received an email shortly thereafter explaining the issue and offering to substitute another item which was shipped quickly and arrived in time.

A first class service and very user friendly webpage.
The items ordered were for delivery to Great Britain and were delivered quickly and safely. The only slight delay was owing to the United Kingdom Customs Control. Thank you

The Meade LS Telescope I purchased doesn't work at all. I will be contacting telescopes.net this evening about replacement/refund.
