Thank you for a nice selection. Your shipping was super fast especially around the holidays, thank you. This fountain is beautiful, peaceful, unique, and the size in person was perfect for the granite bar it sits on beside an orchid. We are happy with the prevalent sounds that come from the middle finger and thumb down to the moving sphere beneath the Buddha, as the water softly cascades below. The only item I might have been concerned about was sometimes fountains can be a bit splashy, and that isn't the case with this fountain no matter how high I fill the water, it stays within this exquisite fountain. the shipping method was unclear to but Tabletop Fountains immediately contacted me to clarify that their orders ship UPS. Their customer service was excellent, along with the product and the shipping. Will buy from them again. |

There were no written instructions in the box at all. Although it was relatively intuitive, I would have liked to have official instructions. Also, I didn't realize this one does not have the remote. I re-checked the website and confirmed that's correct, just didn't see it when ordering. I would probably have ordered the one with the remote even if it cost more. |
