Novelty House is a family owned and operated business founded in 1951. Our young adult children are now active in our business and represent our third generation. Novelty House has changed and grown with each generation.
Today's corporation sells over 1000 novelty toys for kids, carnival supplies, carnival prizes, party favors, and seasonal items.
SmallToys.com is committed to only selling toys for children that meet or exceed Federal Safety requirements. None of our toys have been recalled.

Not sure if tracking was not available but with the "We shipped your box!" email, I did not get a tracking number. I emailed customer service (well, I hit "reply" - not sure if I should have found a different email address) but received no response. It all worked out but, next time, I think I will have to order much earlier so I don't worry about delivery date. (I used the free shipping option - all the other options were way too pricey, almost more than what I spent. I think there should be cheaper shipping options.) |
Overall price paid for toys was fair, I thought the shipping charges were too high. Great web site easy to use, nice! |
