Siteground's customer service is outstanding. I've never been so happy with the response time and knowledge level of each representative I have chatted with. GoDaddy, HostGator, and probably every other host out there takes a back seat.

They are fantastic. Site is rarely down and for short periods of time if ever. Customer care people are polite cheerful people and solve any issue I am having - that always involves something I don't know how to do- rapidly and efficiently. I have only gone to customer care perhaps two or three times including moving my domain to them and they are fabulous. Tell everyone I know they are worth their price and more!

i went through the process of changing serves with the help of the representative.who was very helpful.was not that some technical stuff was gonna be done on your end then all will be find.
checked my site several hours latter and nothing had changed.had to contact representative and i am to do the process again.representatives are very helpfull but the process is kinder cumbersome especially if you have to repeat it
