Here's the thing...I TRY to solve my own problems and learn as I go.
What can I say--I like to build my website, and I don't always make the right choices (wink). That means I have questions--which also means I contact support when I get stuck.
SiteGround support is brilliant. I mean that. Smart, polite, helpful...and patient. Ivan in particular.
Every issue I have had, has been aced by working with (or simply turning to) the SiteGround technical assistance of the live chat.
I couldn't be more pleased with the service and results.

I just signed up, but I needed my site transferred from an azure web app. So far the process has been painless and if the meet the incredible high expectations they have set, I am going to be blown away by this service.
