I have worked with many hosts as a reseller before i get to know site5.com, my old hosts were never clear to me. they don't answer my questions in details, and also they remove features without any previous notifications and without giving any further clarification.
But Site5.com is different, Service level is great. They are very clear in their prior notifications and they answer all your questions in details.
I recommend them to all the world.
